A place to begin for creating New Ministries at Still Waters

Still Waters is a Church that is comprised of ministries, based on who we are - our members' talents, giftings, and passions, are the ministries that God has made us to be, and what we are becoming.

We do not create ministries and populate them with recruited folks. We believe that God has uniquely made each of us, and we function best when operating within His designed purposes.

If one is good at, and loves carpentry, that one should ministrer as a carpenter. A Carpentry Ministry would be a natural reflection of that gifting, and would be thoroughly usable by God.
